Bore Kit - 240cc W/Cam / CRF230, 03-Present

Quick and easy bore-in for big power boost. This high compression kit comes complete with high-performance piston, rings, piston pin, clips, BBR exclusive MX-grind performance cam shaft, HD valve springs and gaskets. Your OEM stock cylinder will need to be bored for installation.


  • 67mm piston, pin, clips, and rings
  • High compression piston
  • BBR MX Camshaft

  • Includes head and base gaskets
  • Requires professional boring of your stock cylinder


BBR General Jetting Guidelines Chart

Stock CRF230F - 65.5mm bore, 66.2mm stroke

Note: This kit only fits the Honda CRF230F models. The CRF230L and CRF230M are different motors and will not work with this kit. At this time BBR does not make a kit for either the "L" model or the "M" model CRF230. Sorry!
