Lighter and stronger than the steel production rims. These aluminum rims are fully dimpled and beautifully anodized. Made exclusively for BBR Motorsports from 7000 series aluminum. These 12" rims are a great upgrade for your OEM front 10" wheel. These little playbikes handle better with the bigger front wheel and a better selection of front tires are available in the 12" size. Be sure to check with your local racing organizations to be certain that a 12" front wheel is class legal.
Note: These rims will require longer spokes when replacing a 10" OEM rim. That is typically done for improved handling on the small 50 sized motorcycles. Our spoke kit is listed in the Optional Parts section below. For reference, if using different spokes from ours, the spoke nipple holes measure around .275"Also, these rims are drilled for typical Japanese spoke patterns and angles as found on the CRF/XR50, TTR50, and DRZ70. They will likely not fit on Euro/Italian pattern hubs/spokes or Chinese knock-off bikes. We do not offer rims for those bikes.
