Weld in Aluminum Filler Neck

6061 Aluminum filler neck for DIY aluminum gas tank construction. Thread fits our 110-HCR-1204 Billet Aluminum Gas Cap (same as Honda CRF/XR50, early KLX110 (2002-2009), most later Honda 2-stroke race bikes, and others).


  • 6061 CNC Machined aluminum
  • Fits BBR Billet Gas Cap (marked with "R")
  • Intended for customers hand making their own aluminum gas tank
  • Will require welding
  • OD is approximately 2.1" (approx 53.5mm)
  • ID is approximately 1.62" (approx 41mm)
  • Height is approximately 1.1" (approx 28mm)
