Custom developed by BBR Motorsports for the ultimate upgrade for mini four-strokes. Sized perfectly for fast/aggressive adult mini riders.


  • 30% stiffer than stock (most models)
  • Preset and stress relieved for long life
  • Custom wound from aircraft quality spring steel
  • Powder coated finish

Application Notes:
660-KLX-1105 (Discontinued and no longer available) is for use on KLX/DRZ110's from 2002-2003 only.
660-KLX-1205 is for use on KLX/DRZ110's from 2004-2010, not including the "L" model.
660-KLX-1305 is for use on the KLX110 2010 "L" model only.
